Private Guiding Families Facilitator Training

Posture Shift helps foster safety at churches and homes for LGBT+ family and friends, and our Guiding Families print resource offers a best-practice guide for building trust and relationship with LGBT+ loved ones. At our Guiding Families Facilitator Training, your team will receive guidance on how to facilitate a reading group in their community.

Facilitators in training will receive modeling on how to graciously allow people to learn in real time while gaining the skills and confidence to lead the group in changing their posture and grow in connection.

This is a two hour live online event, with one hour of instruction and one hour of open dialogue.
